Comments by Grace Wilson:
On behalf of the League of Women Voters and for me personally, I would like to extend condolences to Pauline's family. Pauline was an absolutely brilliant person, who volunteered to chair our local League's Strategic Defense Initiative Study some years ago - I'm not sure who else could have done this so well! She had so much to add to our all our discussions with her incisive thinking and questions. I enjoyed her so much and I wish everyone in our current membership could have known her. She had moxie! This is the only word I could think of to describe her completely - it means gameness, heart, pluck, spirit, undauntedness, spunk, and skill. Don't you think that describes her well?
